Career opportunity with a MNC As discussed, this opportunity is with our prestigious client in Hyderabad in a capacity of an HR Operations Advisor [Immigration & Relocation Support]. Below is the job descriptionKey Activities & Accountability:, Facilitate the Immigration and relocation process for the employee in partnership with our vendors, continues to monitor each case until completion and assists the employees throughout their application process with any queries. , Coordinate with business and multiple stakeholders internally to understand the Immigration requirement and support needed for each individual , Manage the vendors effectively by conducting regular review, training and ensure all the invoices are reconciled and settled on time. , Take ownership of all the SOW and PO management for all the vendors and perform regular compliance check, Assume 'end to end' ownership for all in scope requests and be capable of guiding employees to navigate HRWeb to obtain information as well as promptly connect customers with other SME's and HRBP community as needed for more complex issues, Act as Subject Matter Expert on core elements of the HR Rhythm of Business processes and related tools,systems , Coordinate with employees, managers and HR Business Partners seeking support in HR Policy & Processes, Transactions & HRWeb (self,service), Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests and assigned inquiries are completed within SLA depending on priority & complexity, Working in a highly data sensitive environment, the advisor will be responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to ensure zero breach of compliance., Recommend creative solutions and contribute to the continuous process improvement, Maintain up,to,date DTPs and content on policies, procedures & FAQs , Continuously strive to gain customer satisfaction , The HR Services center of excellence provides operational and support services for Microsoft HR programs, with primary areas of focus being customer support services, core HR operations (HR data administration, Immigration, Relocation, onboarding, leave administration, staffing, learning & development, etc.), business process optimization, HR online solutions, and project management, Improving the employee and Managers experience by providing timely query resolution support, around various HR Global and country specific policies and practicesTo support Immigration and relocation requirement of new hires and transfers joining Microsoft., 8.5 hours [Monday to Friday] , 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Candidate will be required to take end to end ownership of the Immigration and Relocation process including assisting employees queries, managing business expectations, vendor management, invoice reconciliations, reporting etc.
