Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:, Lead & manage HR Team, including coordination of dept activities, man management etc to ensure team deliverables are met in timely & efficient manner. Team Deliverables include Timely Recruitment, Statutory Compliances & Activities, General Administration, Employee Welfare, Induction & Exit Management, Performance & Compensation, Rewards Management, Manpower Planning, Attrition Management, CSR Activities Management, Industrial Relations etc., Ensure adequacy of departmental processes to ensure timely meeting of team deliverables, including continuous improvement of the processes based on PDCA and potential failure mode analyses, Ensure adequacy of skill level in the department to meet its deliverables, including training & Development as needed, Represent Team in within company interactions , Management Meetings, Inter,department coordination, Liasioning , Interaction with external agencies including relationship management with government, statutory agencies, Manage Team work culture. Ensure high team motivation & morale levels, Ensure adherence to departmental processes and DWM activities, Provision of adequate resources to ensure smooth team functioning, Interactions with Union and management of IR environmentKey Result Areas , Position Deliverables:, Timely Recruitments and adequacy of personnel, 100% Statutory Compliances, Establishing good relationships with Government & Statutory agencies, Minimization of employee grievances and undesired attrition & maximization of employee morale, Timely completion of Welfare, CSR & other calendar (Performance Management, Training, Compensation, Statutory) activities, Timely completion of joining & exits formalities, Induction Schedule adherence, Good IR Environment, 100% Adherence to department Processes & DWM schedule, Department Skill Level > Target, Departmental Processes Adequacy , continuous system improvement based on performance PDCA, Department Processes efficiencies as per target lead times, Resource Adequacy for effective & efficient team performancePreferred Candidates: , 10+ yrs of experience in HR & administration function in manufacturing industry. Experience in handling Statutory matters & dealing with government bodies essential. 3 to 5 years of experience in leading team of minimum 10 persons. Must have worked in ISO,TS environment with focus on continuous improvement and people development., Knowledge of Tamil essential
