Industries & Sectors , FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Paint, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, and other Service Sector.Education , Tier 1 , 2 MBA B SchoolBatch , 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 batch Reporting , HR Head of the companyWhat we are looking for:, People oriented HR Professional who has scale and ability to partner with Sr business leaders., Can do multi,HR roles, should not restrict to a particular task., Go getter and can take initiatives., Candidate Must be Very Good in Execution & Internal Stakeholder Management.Brief Summary on Role:, Driving key HR Processes: Championing HR systems for OD, Talent Management, HRBP & HR Analytics. , Business Partnering with across workforce of organization (Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain etc) and interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR aspects as OD, Talent, PMS, Engagement and HR Analytics., Responsible for anchoring all People Processes , Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc, Design and Development of Talent Initiatives for unique needs in India and localization of corporate initiatives as needed., L&D (Behavioral & Technical Inputs to various functions). The role is to support the overall business strategy and help the business grow through its employees and Learning & Development initiatives specially developing Leaders for tomorrow., Prepare and execute organizational strategy and plans to meet Leadership development needs, and manage delivery, measurement, and follow,up as necessary., Handle Learning and Development, and ensure activities & material meet with relevant organizational goals., Manage & augment Leadership Touch points quality , Goal Setting, Half Yearly Appraisal, career Communication, Annual Appraisal and 360,degree feedback discussions., Design and implement effective employee attraction and retention strategies., Perform HR Diagnostics and roll out Engagement programs, driving employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives, Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning., Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy., Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders., Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication., Manage on,going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.
