Work in partnership with the target business group on planning, execution and development. Provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with HR functions.< p>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES< b> :< b> < p>

  • Planning & Execution, Work with Business teams in delivery overall business strategies and translates business goals into HR agenda ; coordinate internal external resources in implementation; Facilitates alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal team structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management efforts< li>
  • Talent Acquisition, Accountable for staffing delivery including use and drive success of shared staffing solutions, assist manager in talent selection and slating and follow process and practice as defined by Talent Acquisition team< li>
  • Talent Management, Drive key talent retention & development efforts, Develop appropriate and realistic career development plans which balance the personal aspirations and business needs; ensure successful on boarding including orientation and new manager assimilation.< li>
  • Compensation & Rewards, Drive consistent comp practices with managers including leveling & differentiation, including review all offers and promotions. Validate the eligibility and work with share service team to ensure the accuracy and effective management of base pay, bonus and reward and recognition programs< li>
  • Employee Relation & Engagement, Drive employee engagement locally including deliver training & process, conduct employee investigations, administer grievance discipline process, local works council management and execute redundancy process< li>
  • Other Projects, Participate and contribute to initiatives (subject matter expert, business requirements, testing, process redesign, etc)< li>

    EDUCATION and or EXPERIENCE< b> < p>

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience;< li>
  • 6 years’ desired total HR experience with 3 of those years in a similar position in the business partner field;< li>
  • Experience with China HR related laws and policies, and well acquainted with the dynamics in the job market.< li>

  • This is a hands on position requiring an individual with a proven track record of working effectively in a dynamic, fast growing environment. Equipped with a strong HR technical background, the individual must be able to work at all levels of the organization. As the role is broadly based, the individual needs to possess the flexibility and agility to enjoy a fast paced and dynamic business and be capable of managing multiple demands and priorities. Individual should enjoy, appreciate and have a facility for interacting with people from many cultures and diverse backgrounds.< li>

  • This role should be independent and have the maturity to manage a fluid start up environment, and be capable to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.< li>
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend and implement practical solutions;< li>

  • Familiar with HR systems and IT savvy;< li>

  • Solution oriented, looking beyond challenges, with a good eye for detail;< li>
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese).< li>
