Exp in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement initiatives pertaining to given region. Talent Development & career progression for high performers in coordination with business. Identification and recognition for High Performers. R&R initiatives Performance Management, Promotion Talent Review pertaining to given region. Retention, handling employee grievances, counselling employees. Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid Mass hiring Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups. Good experience and understanding on all HRBP activities.
