Ability to research, analyze, and represent data as assigned.

Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics

Meet with management to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities.

Write detailed reports and make oral presentations to management and external stakeholders.

Troubleshoot data and reports.

Assist in rollout and implementation of HR e commerce applications.

Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Data management accurate and detailed data input in other internal database systems.

Candidate Care proactive candidate care, ensure candidate applications are monitored and status is communicated.

Job Skills Required

Prior experience in E commerce and online application will be beneficial.(Not Mandatory)

Excellent writer and verbal communicator

Highly organized


Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Quick Learner and Adaptable.
