Hero Vired (Vired for Business) is seeking a highly quantitative, data,driven, and detail,oriented Sales Strategy Operations Analyst to enable our sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven strategic operating decisions.This highly impactful role will be part of our Vired For Business team working primarily with VP (Enterprise Business), to identify growth opportunities, and will include the below responsibilities: , Instituting sales goals, Analyzing market trends, Producing and maintaining sales reports, Presenting and distributing data interpretations, Evaluating the work performance of sales representatives, Making recommendations to the marketing and sales departments, Harnessing technology to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiencyThis is a full,time position and is located in our Mumbai, IN office.Responsibilities, Own and manage all Sales tools, including Leadsquared, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc., Lead the goal and quota setting process for the Regional Sales Teams in partnership with Leadership, Drive operational reviews and reporting to provide an independent, data,driven view of the business, Lead business and revenue analysis to deliver impactful business insights to drive operational changes, Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement, Learn new automation tools and implement Sales Team training on new tools, Collaborate in the development of centralized tools that Sales teams can use to extract data and insights, Work with central teams to develop standard processes and tools,dashboards that can be scaled centrallyMinimum Qualifications, Bachelors degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics), 3+ years of relevant work experience in a Sales Operations role, Advanced Excel and SQL skills, Demonstrated problem,solving ability to extract business insights from large, complex data sets, Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to business audiences, Motivated self,starter who thrives in a collaborative startup culture
