In this role the above role supposrts each Country Manager in establishing custom strategies with direct sales objectives per NPI and support deployment when needed. Providing market insight for new business opportunities
Responsibilities :

Duties and Responsibilities:< b> < p>

The HEALTH ECONOMIST is responsible for assisting with achieving NPI sales target for the Region< p>

Complete Familiarisation with all products in the ARDx IDEM Portfolio< p>

Develop annual sales and action plans for the full range of products in the geographical area of responsibility< p>

Achieve set sales targets to direct customers and develop new customers< p>

Establish strategies and tactics and then promote ARDx IDEM products to the customer base in order to differentiate Alere products from competitors and to further demonstrate the product’s utility in different indications< p>

Design solutions that integrate the customer’s needs with market intelligence, product knowledge, peer reviewed literature and business strategy to design comprehensive diagnostic solutions that deliver superior total value to our customers< p>

Design and carry out cost effectiveness evaluations of ARDx products in key markets and use cases< p>

Creating awareness of ARDx IDEM products amongst KOL’s and KDM’s in order to expand existing business< p>

Support the commercial team at congresses and conferences< p>

Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services at all times< p>

Organise and manage product evaluations< p>

Monitor and report on competitive activities< p>

Other responsibilities as assigned< p>

Complete familiarisation of, and adherence to Compliance policies< p>

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the ARDx Quality System< p>

Participate in congresses conferences, sales meetings where required< p>

Keep up to date with market developments< p>

Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field< p>

Qualifications and Experience Required :< b>
Degree in Health Economics , Masters Degree In Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, OR Economics related studies
1 5 years experience within a Health Economics related role ideally within the healthcare industry.
willing to travel extensively < p>
