S,he will be a hands,on execute recruiting activities such as sourcing, reviewing profiles, interviewing, negotiating with and closing candidates., The incumbent will be leading a small recruitment team, inspire, coach and develop team members to succeed, even exceed performance expectations. This role requires someone with knowledge and experience in the technology industry who can implement and achieve talent acquisition targets and metrics as well as lead and execute upon improving process and strategy., The Head of Talent Acquisition will be a leader who can engage and develop talent at all levels of experience and also influence on how to engage, hire and onboard talent.Key Responsibilities:, Build a pipeline of quality talent for a diverse group of functions for current and future openings, Build hiring capability to source, assess and select talent in accordance with the strategic goals of the departments and organization, Improve, automate and scale recruiting processes that align with the global teams, Deliver regular reporting on pipeline, forecast and other metrics, Identify and implement improvements to candidate and internal team recruiting experience by establishing standards and SLAs for communication and internal decision,making, Own and drive the development of local recruiting programs including, college recruiting, events, employee referrals and internships that are transformative and support the long term goals of the company, Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requestedRequired Experience & Skills :, 15+ years of full cycle recruiting across a variety of roles with IT Software companies, Strong experience in a progressively responsible recruiting leadership role with direct people management experience (Hands,on), Skilled at navigating and executing work in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment, Excellent problem,solving capabilities and strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with data, trends and metrics, Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate at all levels, Ability to be pro,active about keeping things organized and assertive about procedure, process and protocol, Excellent communication and negotiation skills within all levels or the organization, Strong technical skills in Office, especially Excel, and data visualization software, Experience with managing processes and leveraging reporting through applicant tracking systems is preferred
