Organization A Leading FintechJob designation Head Strategic Partnerships, Banking & Fintech AlliancesLocation, MumbaiEducation, Master's DegreeJob Function, Sales, Business Development, Key Accounts, Enterprise SalesTravel Time, Yes, 25%+ (post covid)Job Description, Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospective alliances, Own rolodex and strong industry contacts, Manage end to end partner relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing,invoicing, and result tracking., Act as the interface and single point of contact between the new partners and the organization, Target the identified Alliance partners and customer segments with a Go to market plan (built in conjunction with credit and other internal functions) highlighting clear opportunities, product features and business value for all stakeholders, Engage with different new and existing stakeholders in market (management, product, legal, etc.) of the target partners to achieve closure of Alliance pact with respect to products, services, legal and commercial terms and conditions, Engage with alliance partners on a periodic basis to understand their needs and resolve any issues, thereby ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, Post sign off account management, evaluation of partnership performance , driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership, He, She would be expected to created deep understanding about the needs of SMEs in different industry verticals to create an ecosystem of offerings for these SMEs, Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectivesExperience, PG with 10,15 years of experience in Business Development , Channel Development, Experience in the Fintech industry is a great plus, comfort with technology and digital platforms will be an added advantage, Candidates with experience in building and growing alliances with SME aggregators, platforms, Banks, FIs is desirable, Should be a very good communicator, highly sales oriented, adept at people management and comfortable with numbers, Must have a thorough understanding of Alliances in the India market and should be able to drive a business independently., Should be able to drive channel lead generation and joint marketing programs.
