An Ed,Tech company is open to hire for Operations Head role for Bangalore location who will be responsible for the following areas:Business Operations:, Identify and source courses and instructors to curate courses for our ed,tech platform, Implement efficient processes and standards for the business, Design and monitor metrics that align with overall strategy, Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders, Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the business optimize costs and benefitsGrowth & Business Development:1. Testing different kinds of campaigns, brand communication strategies, promotions, discounts and offers to understand what Design and monitor metrics that align with overall strategy.2. How to keep the existing customers and community,engaged and retained through various incentives, promotions and offers3.Identifying different channels to sell on and different target groups to approach in order to achieve revenue targets4. Be comfortable being thrown into largely ambiguous environments, love figuring things out and be energized by new challenges. 5. Be comfortable being thrown into largely ambiguous environments, love figuring things out and be energized by new challenges6 Be curious, analytical and scientific , evaluate challenges through data and feel an experiment must have measurable results to be worthwhile7. Have a need for speed , As a young brand we crave results as quickly as possible and prefer to improve iteratively as opposed to placing big, long,term bets.8 Have excellent communication and people management skills , You need to consistently generate a buy,in on your initiatives and ensure coordination across teamsPreferred Qualifications & Skills:, 6+ years of experience in the online space , Experience in ed,tech is preferred, especially in an operations role of growing a digital first brand from scratch, Digital Native, with a keen interest in content trends, updated on new content formats and has the ability to leverage story,telling to grow the business, Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies across the digital space and passion to keep up with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing
