About the Role


Booster Fuels is seeking a Product Leader to lead the Product efforts for our Fleet customers; from Exec-level strategy to day-to-day operations. In this role, you will own the service offering for the largest Revenue line of our business. With the world of transportation rapidly transitioning to more carbon-efficient energy types, managing Fleets is getting more challenging. Booster is helping them by offering a single, simple offering to managing this transition, while also reducing costs and increasing resiliency. 


In this role, you will need to be obsessed with the needs of our Fleets, and all Fleet personas, from CEOs to site managers and drivers, and strive to build the best services and technologies to overcome their day to day challenges. You will work directly and regularly with the Co-Founders and the Executive team and be a direct contributor to the growth of our business. We are seeking a broad creative, entrepreneurial mind, who can connect all the ‘dots’; ranging from users unspoken needs to implementing cutting-edge energy strategies and technologies. You will lead a team of passionate and talented Product Managers.


What You Will Be Doing



  • Define the Fleet Product strategy and roadmap, based on solid market insights

  • In partnership with our Sales and Account Management leaders, drive accountability to meet and/exceed our Revenue and Energy Transition Goals

  • Explore rich partnerships across the entire range of energy types, from conventional liquid energies to BEV and Hydrogen

  • Engage with customers at all levels and develop deep quantitative and qualitative insights into the needs and their evolution

  • Formulate new concepts and offerings to grow the business

  • Construct business cases for new concepts and champion them across the organization

  • Lead the cross-functional execution and rollout of strategies across design, technology, operations, and all relevant functions


What You Should Already Know



  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • 10+ years of demonstrated B2B Product Management experience required

  • 5+ years of direct team leadership and inspiration experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience within a Startup environment preferred

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating new service offering from ideation to go-to-market

  • 3+ years of experience forming complex strategic recommendations. Management consulting experience is a plus

  • Solid demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis

  • Proven track record of innovation and creative team-based problem-solving

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills

  • Self-starter and relentless personal drive to complete tasks 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple initiatives at once, while having a single-minded focus on the highest priorities

  • Possess a passion for provocative and different solutions to century-old problems, leveraging data, technology, and design

  • Demonstrated ability to strive in a fast-paced highly ambiguous environments

  • Experience with Energy Transition services preferred
