Manages overall P&L for a set of account from an overall delivery perspective and drives cost optimization initiatives to ensure profitability, innovation, incremental revenue, CSAT and ESAT goals
Manage distributed and large delivery teams across multiple infrastructure service lines projects covering various clients in the region for IT Infrastructure services
Work with delivery teams from various infrastructure practices and service lines to ensure a seamless service delivery experience to the client.
Focus on the client's business problems the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems ability to engage with client stakeholders and lead engagement governance
Provide thought leadership and contribute to Customer Engagement strategy.
Work with the sales team and drives sales support & solutioning.

Ability to manage globally distributed delivery teams across multiple accounts programs projects covering various Customer Geos and LOBs, from various technology practices in a matrix structure.

Proven ability in Account Planning and Governance.
