The project portfolio includes all variants of IT projects viz. Greenfield implementation, Brownfield Implementation, Transformation initiatives, Rollouts, Upgrades, AMS & ADM, Cloud initiatives, and sustenance strategies. To fulfill the growth needs and be aligned to the market, the our client is looking for a dynamic young HR Professional to lead the complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire. Position: Head of Human ResourcesExperience: 15,20 yearsLocation: Bandra West, MumbaiReports to: Managing Director & CEOPurpose: The role of the Head of Human Resources is to ensure that all Human Resources (HR) operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. Develop HR strategies and provide sound advice to senior management on all people related matters. Be the custodian of the Company's Values and Culture.Principal Accountabilities:, Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues. Contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to the organizations strategic thinking and direction. Establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives., Responsible for talent acquisition, staffing and ensuring that all open positions are filled in a timely manner. This includes lateral as well as campus hiring. Put in place mechanisms for building capability in the organization to reduce dependence on lateral hiring., Put in place programs to enhance employee engagement levels especially in the new normal of Work From Anywhere. Keep a close tab on Work From Anywhere model to ensure optimum resource utilization., Responsible for maintaining Company's Values and Culture by ensuring that they are embedded in various people processes in a measurable manner. Develop contemporary 3Ps , HR Processes, Policies, and Procedures and be the custodian of employee development and succession planning.Context:The role holder will work in a highly challenging talent starved environment where hiring and retention are major considerations. Need to co,ordinate with large number of people in different functions and with the external world and balance priorities with theirs. The position operates in the VUCA like situation i.e. in a highly Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous environment. The role truly reflects the dynamic environment of the organizations evolution including changing priorities driven by business needs.Knowledge,Skills Required:Must Have:, Must have deep knowledge of the current dynamics of the talent supply situation in the IT Services sector., Thorough knowledge of HR processes including talent acquisition in the IT Software Services industry. Must have a deep understanding of the current dynamics of talent demand supply situation in the IT Software Services industry., Should be highly process, system oriented individual with a strategic mind,set. , Should have high level of initiative and should be able to influence and inspire people. Ability to empathize will be a key consideration., Ability to translate the CEOs imperatives into actionable items and ensure execution. Ability to work independently and navigate paradoxes is essential.., Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Qualifications:, MBA in HR from reputed educational institute, Total 15 to 20 years of experience with at least 10 years in the IT Software Services sector., Should have at least 3,5 years of experience working as a Head of HR or a level below in an IT Services organization with around 750 employees.Nice to Have:, Should have managed HR teams of up to 10,15 people., Experienced in managing organization change projects., Must be fully in know of the current dynamics of talent demand supply situation of IT Software Services. , Experience of automation of HR processes., Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Problems faced:Extremely talent starved market and related challenges of retention of key employees. Navigating the paradox of managing expectations of employees, internal customers and top management and balancing priorities.Inter,relationships:With all departments, partners and the IT Services industry.
