Job Description

Objective A key business partner with the business verticals and viewed as a catalyst in driving the HR strategy an implementation of human resources processes to support business objectives. Key Responsibility :, Provide strategic thinking and tactical execution in the area of people processes to ensure that the organization achieves the business objectives, Guide and support HR functionaries at locations & Corporate in meeting the requirement of business on HR matter, Establish talent acquisition as an integral part of the organization, ensuring that the processes are aligned and integrated with winder business, Guiding hiring managers with their workforce planning and forecasting to develop short and long,term recruiting plans, Delivering a great candidate experience and working alongside hiring manager, building trusting relationship, Built a strategy for internal mobility and talent retention, partnering with key leaders., Review business & individual productivity month on month and design mechanism to provide feedback or mentor accordingly , Introduce systemic changes and contemporary practices and interventions tailor,made for the needs of the business., Drive the talent management & engagement initiatives to prepare employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company., Driving performance appraisal as a continuous tool for better outcome in annual performance appraisal process. , Manage the human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the organization.
