Job ProfileManaging the entire lifecycle of employees in the organization right from onboarding to exit. This includes Creation of Standard Operating Processes in line with the launched Policies detailing the workflow and Internal responsibility matrices for seamless execution and end user acceptance.The client is looking to set up the entire HR operation team wherein the processes include 1. Onboarding2. Database updation and maintenance3. HR Helpdesk4. R&R execution5. Leave and attendance6. Transfers and reorganization7. Inputs to payroll8. Increment and promotion9. Separation10. MIS11. Implementation of various HR policies12. Process auditRequired Candidate profileQualification Post Graduate in HR with effective people handling skills. Should have worked in a mass scaling organization with employee strength of 1000 or More. Should have deep understanding of HRMS and various HR processesExperience 8 years and above
