Our client is a well,funded Indian Unicorn B2B tech firm providing end,to,end construction solutions to large infrastructure companies and retail outlets.The role is to lead the HR operations CEO to provide day,to,day HR services through technology and align it with the fast,growing expansion of the firm. Key Responsibilities :, Responsible for HR Operations and ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR processes, Execute the payroll on HRMS ensuring compliance and data integrity, Prepare or update employee master related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating, Responsible for maintaining Employee Benefits , leave records, Leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement, etc, To ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, Implementing and managing employee insurance programs in coordination with the third,party service provider, Responsible for maintaining data integrity in the HRIS system for benefits information, Monitoring key HR metrics for MIS reporting that includes various weekly, monthly reports, Liaisoning and monitoring third,party HR vendors such as labour consultants to ensure timely compliance, End to end management of HR Statutory Compliance PF, handling PF withdrawal, Pension Claims, etc, Support medical benefit ailment under ESIC, To manage the Compliances Audits, Responsible for liaising with the PF, PT, ESIC government authority and labor consultant, Legal Compliances, Resolving employee grievances in a prompt manner and develop faith in employees towards the management, Addressing employee queries regarding PF, Payroll, Attendance, HR Policies, Leave Details, etcPreferred Candidate must have : , 12 to 18 years of experience in HR Operations with an MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution., Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes., Proven experience of data migration of HRIMS, In,depth understanding of benefits and compensation, Strong stakeholder management skills, Strong analytical and decision,making skills, Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, Exceptional organization skills and multi,tasking skillsDue to the paucity of time and heavy in,flow of applications, we will be able to get in touch with only shortlisted candidates.
