Ability to contribute to the development strategy and lead strategic initiatives in support of functional and business objectivesJob Responsibilities as below Lead the efforts of developing the BUs Rotary Systems business both at platform and Tier I level. Engage with key Indian customers and lead efforts to win across key programs of Indian Armed Forces. Build and develop relationships with key Indian stakeholders across the Tri Services, MoD and Global OEMs critical to building the Rotary Systems Division. Engage with global OEMs and lead efforts to emerge as a successful Tier I supplier for both Indian as well as Global Rotary Systems programs and platforms. Build a competent technical, business development and commercial team for the Rotary Systems division & Independently hold the P&L accountability for the Rotary Systems Division of the BU. Lead the efforts for responding to RFI RFP RFQs from Indian Tri Services. Engaging with stakeholders (MoD, Tri services, Global OEMs, Tier I & II Suppliers) to understand the needs and building a strong brand name of company in the rotary systems domain. Lead efforts across the complete lifecycle of Indian acquisition programs starting from RFI RFP Technical Evaluation Trials Contract Negotiation. Build a pipeline of inorganic opportunities for complementing existing capabilities and capturing key market segments. Maintain detailed knowledge and insight about the global and Indian aerospace esp. rotary systems market, technology trends, evolving customer needs Support proposal efforts to win new business with current and new customers. Work closely with Business Development personnel to maintain institutional knowledge of the competitive landscape in the market segment and travel in support of program and business development efforts. Analyzing program risks and Developing a budget and operating plan for the program and supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
