Job Title : Head of GovernanceReporting to : Group Chief Information OfficerDepartment : Corporate OfficeLocation : AhmedabadSalary : Upto 55 LPAJob Description :, Responsible for defining and driving robust IT governance processes and enhancing it from time to time to cater to the maturing needs of the organization, Oversee ideation, delivery and closure of critical IT projects, ensuring fulfilment of expectations in terms of timelines, budget and quality, Responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with partners through effective partner engagement Accountable for driving operations excellence and policy complianceEducational Qualification :, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, Higher Degree in relevant field (Computer Science or related, Organizational Change management)Experiences :, Minimum of 15,18 years work,related experience required in the field of IT and at least 5,7 years of experience in a team leading role in a similar position for mid,sized , large organization with oversee operations., Demonstrated Process,IT Service design experience and good understanding of software development lifecycle., Rich experience of formulating strategies and conceptualizing frameworks; Exposure to IT security and IT risk management verticals., Strong project management experience (Agile and Waterfall) and organizational change management experience; Must have exposure of managing large scale transformation projects and seasoned understanding of change management., Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security., Sound understanding of IT Operations management and preferable to have held previous role with oversight of large scale IT operations across geographies; Experience with working in a multicultural environment., Robust understanding of application life cycle management , change control & problem management processes., Exposure to IT research & technologies tools and techniques and knowledge sharing, Experience of managing complex stakeholder interactions and leading discussions with top management, Experience of managing technical teams and working in cross functional set up; Possesses ability to coach and guide teams., Preferable to have worked with technology giants & partners.
