Job Description

The Head of E,Commerce will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing. The Company's overall E,Commerce strategy for the website and the channel partners. Assessing, developing, and refining the overall planning, warehousing, distribution, and logistics skill set in the organization. Driving operational excellence and best practices to improve the supply chain process., Creating the vision and strategy for planning, logistics, and warehousing across India, establishing the footprint, organization structure, and team to deliver this strategy., Develop and oversee the need,customer experience to increase engagement and conversion rates; drive revenue and profitability., Have considerable knowledge of financial, quantitative, analytical, and P&L skills besides the ability to work in multi,functional teams., Provide structure and manage evolving development team operations, roles and responsibilities and systems,tools to support the needs of the organizations' growth., Implementation of long term technology vision for the organization, Responsible for the architecture of all the products; ensuring it is aligned to the requirements., In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high,level requirement gathering, and product marketing., Heading end to end product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create design concepts and drive the implementation of the product road,map.
