A well known Hospitals is on a look out for Head of Digital marketing.

Responsible for the Digital Strategy

Strategize channel market wise plans in accordance with marketing strategy

Should be a Growth Hacker

Owns the responsibility for growth strategies, lead generation and brand building.

Work closely with the top management to give creative ideas & Innovations to take the brand to next level

To develop and successfully execute end to end digital marketing and media buying strategies in concurrence with business strategy of the Organization

Determine the right benchmarks metrics

Responsible for all online spends

Day to day engagement with creative agency, digital & media agency to execute advertising & social media campaigns.

Deliver comprehensive annual digital marketing campaigns within budget.

Conceptualizing and implementing outstanding Inbound and Outbound marketing campaigns across all digital channels Search, Paid Media, Content, e mail and Influencer Marketing.

Apply a deep knowledge of technical SEO to maximize the volume of organic traffic and ensure search engine rankings are maintained and improved.

Create, manage and optimize key metrics to maximize revenue, conversions and

Partner with cross functional teams to execute campaigns

Evaluate the content quality and manage an ongoing process of continual improvement to ensure organic search performance is maximized along with the quality of the user journey.

Ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained and that all activity conforms to brand guidelines

Make recommendations for improvements by focusing on the alignment of marketing activities, strategies, and metrics with business goals.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ year of hands on experience in digital marketing.

Should be a graduate from reputed & Premier institutes (IIT, IIM types preferred)

Strategic mindset to work independently

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
