D2C e,commerce Head , CPG,FMCG, Lead the evolution of Legacy s D2C business from product ideation to set,up, marketing execution and post,analysis, Oversee existing storefronts to ensure appropriate branding, product,mix and pricing, Collaborate closely with digital team to ensure we are maximizing CRM and D2C opportunities, Planning and execution of an e,commerce strategy, working cross functionally with sales, marketing, finance, operations and IT teams., Lead the building of a e,commerce business, D2C lead and digital media specialist implement & optimise the D2C media strategy, including SEO, Design and implement the Direct,to,Consumer, E Commerce Strategy., Lead the growth of D2C e,commerce verticals, Responsible for managing the overall P&L of D2C e,commerce, Marketplace channels, Lead on all digital and direct channel activity, Professional proven track in consumer business for a professional with exp of consumer brand businesses and building digital first brand someone who is entrepreneur who is keen to build Digital brand, business head to start business of Digital., Experience of brand building, ecommerce and D2C is a must; wherein at,least experience in one function must be strong, Develop and oversee overall Performance Marketing Strategy and growth on the website., Professionals with entrepreneurial bent of mind specific skills, such as digital first brand, technology, people process, and scaling up. Professionals who have worked with established companies with successful track record of digital first brands in new categories , who have also exposure of working with startups or who have their own startups., Extensive D2C customer acquisition experience in high growth online businesses, Develop customer acquisition strategies that drive awareness, traffic and conversion, including: search, display, retargeting, social, influencer, affiliate and PR to support growth plans and key initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team, Enable eCommerce capabilities by championing the D2C and B2B product roadmaps working closely with IT, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, Work closely with Marketing and third party agencies on the development of content for promotions and on,site engagement, including optimization to drive visits and salesQualifications, 5+ years of direct response and e,commerce experience in an integrated, multi,channel marketing environment, B.Tech , MBAs from reputed institutes, Experience with young , new age start,ups in CPG space, Demonstrated experience in consumer segmentation strategy, Desire and ability to work cross functionally and translate strategies into business use cases to deliver sophisticated eCommerce projects
