Job Description

Managing multi level and cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Heading Customer Relationship Management Division ensuring all activities in furtherance of Sales Administration functions and effectively meeting out Service level expectations.

Assist in making major business decisions.

Coordinating and managing project launches through interfacing with multiple internal departments

More interaction with customer which brings customer delight.

Develop and manage large dealer networks

Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.

Plan, develop and Implement systems, policies and procedures for controlling customer service strategies service standards for superior service delivery.

Contribute in increasing the awareness of Customer Relationship Activities with customers to improve customer service. Review customer complaint and suggestions.

Assign duties to subordinates and observe performance to ensure adherence to companies policies and established operating procedures.

To contribute strategic utilization of captive customer goodwill in sales and marketing efforts of company and work collectively with projects, sales and marketing team in evolving and implementing solutions for customer expectations.
