Job Description

1) Elevate the identity and brand through public facing materials (both hard copy and digital assets) to maintain donor engagement and relevance to target audience and multiple stakeholder groups.2)Create a communication strategy to enable the leadership team to cultivate, enhance & sustain meaningful relationships with influential external audience and media.3) Shape, nurture and grow an effective communications programme that utilizes new and traditional platforms and strategies to showcase the client's brand, its work, and matters of relevance in the space it occupies.4) Properly manage brand assets and guide communication to adhere to pre,established brand guidelines and brand values.5) Secure, maintain and grow media relationships with reporters, editorial writers, columnists and broadcast media to highlight the organization's work, it's solutions to national and global challenges and its position as thought leaders on matters of relevance.6) Provide communication support to external (but related) organizations such as India Youth Fund in order to help them achieve their operational goals.
