Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Electronics, and Luxury. Key Objective

The candidate will be a part of Lifestyle Category Marketing Team and will work closely with traffic teams and our partner brands. We are looking for an accomplished business professional to manage our ad sales, events & growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross functional environment. He/she must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. He/she to have a keen sense of ownership and drive.

 

Category Marketing- Ad Sales and Events

 

-      Key member of the category marketing team, helping to drive brand revenues, marketing incomes and events

-      Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with brands

-      Work closely with internal teams to build and understand the various propositions, pitch to Brands and drive closure

-      Responsible for execution of the Brand plans

-      Prepare and present campaign reviews with top brands and manage all their data requirements

-      Work along with traffic and category teams to scale up brand, category, and central events

 

Basic Qualifications

1. MBA

2. E-commerce experience in Ad Sales/ Category Marketing - for minimum 3 years

3. Ability to use data and metrics to make and support decisions

4. Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment

5. Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize with stakeholders

6. Understanding and passion for e-commerce

 

Skills

1.    Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills

2.    Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

3.    Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
