Part of the core team responsible for feasibility analysis for new developments, specific role is to identify the important byelaws and master planning related parameters like land use permissible, FSI achievable, asset classes suitability and cost
Discussion with land lord to finalize the land extent, boundary and identification of plots for acquisition and bottlenecks e.g. Kharab land, Nalas, buffer zones, conversion, CLU etc.
Identification of JD partner share as per JD agreement.
Discussion with prospective clients for finalization of additional specs and cost sharing thereof for retail and office space
Set up the Annual Business Plan for the year
