Job Description

The Key deliverable of the Program model entails signing up of hundreds of online and offline retailers for the affiliate model

Responsible for sourcing alliances and offers from partners across the country

Responsible for designing and executing alliances and partnerships strategy for the organisation

Identify opportunities, evaluate and establish strategic alliances and partnerships with various companies corporates across formats

Lead commercial negotiations and teaming agreements with Alliances and third party companies for promotional deals

Lead and overall relationship and engagement with key domestic and international alliance partners

Responsible for evaluation and development of joint promotional campaigns with key strategic partners

Interface closely with the Legal, Marketing, Operations and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and long term success of partnerships

To build, lead and develop Alliance Management Team for the organisation. Quarterly review of business and team members

Accountable for business growth and achievement of set revenue targets on quarterly basis

Own P&L responsibility of Alliance and Partnership Business Unit

Candidates with current or previous experience in Ecommerce Internet Online domain is a MUST.

MBA from Tier1 is a MUST
