Job Responsibilities Overall Supervision & Control of Accounts up to Finalization of Books. Setting up & evaluating the F&A processes for controls and business monitoring. Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Financials (BS and P&L Statement). Preparation of Quarterly & Annual Reports for Listed Company. Project Accounting & Capitalization of Greenfield Project. Ensuring compliance w.r.t. Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Service Tax & GST. Availing the Benefits of Export Incentives. Working Capital Management (Managing Fund Flow Liaison with Banks). Controlling over Inventory Movement, Debtors Collection & Creditors Payment. Preparation of Annual Business Plan for Sales, Expenses & Profitability Cost Analysis & Cost Control and Monthly Review of Overheads BP V s Actuals Co ordination with Internal, Statutory & Cost Auditors. Negotiation with Contractors & Service Providers Preparing MIS for strategic decisions as required by CEO & President Monthly MRM Presentation & Strong Coordination with Inter department. Co ordination for Insurance Matters
