As a TA Partner, you will manage the full cycle recruiting process in alignment with business goals and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Candidates skillset,experience :, Experience in SaaS hiring is preferred, Must have handled hiring for the roles across all levels at a startup, Ability to source, screen, and engage with high caliber talent, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, Ability to work with the founders to iterate on the hiring needs, craft job descriptions, work on social channels to augment talent, Ability to work with recruiting partners and work under tight deadlines to close open rolesResponsibilities : , Identify the open roles, create job descriptions, ensure that the relevant candidates are sourced and jobs closed in desired TAT., Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long,range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, and fine,tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results. , Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and external agencies to proactively close open roles., Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and reference checks., Salary negotiation and post,selection joining formalities Candidate skill sets :, 3+ years of technical experience in e,commerce,SaaS,product organizations , this is a MUST., Highly effective negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, Well versed with Tech,Digital landscape , Start,up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and work on a variety of hiring assignments.
