Prepare marketing strategy for the assigned group of products
Develop a strategic business plan for the group of products in collaboration with marketing & sales department
Ensure that the operational marketing plan is in line with overall marketing plan and priorities to achieve the sales targets
Prepare marketing collaterals for the branding of the new product & prepare plan, budget and executing the launch of the products in coordination with product managers, sales team and marketing team.
Identify target audiences, plan marketing activities to achieve volume estimations, review products and execute promotions to ensure product movements.
Liaise closely with field force to access the response to and suitability of current promotional material
Carry out field visits to ensure implementation of marketing strategy
Evaluate customer feedback and need gap analysis for the product improvement
Analysis, review and study competitor intelligence reports findings and industry trends
Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones in coordination with sales team
Monitor sales trends and product movement analysis
Analyze business potential, support the conceptualization and execution of strategies to drive sales, monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
Achievement of objectives (sales target, market share,...) for the group of products
Manage Product group image & reputation, ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share
Proactively monitor the implementation of the local business plan
Continuously provide information for strategic opportunities on the group of products
Develop the product group strategy and the resource allocation in order to achieve the agreed results
Ensure an appropriate staffing and organization of Product Managers team
Ensure the development of the required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies of Product Managers
Liaise closely with medical team for training of Product Managers
Implement, enhance a sustainable motivational environment for the product team
Ensuring successful participation in national and international trade shows, exhibitions & organizing events like CMEs, seminars etc
Manage the performance of the Product Managers vs. annual target
