Graphic Designer


The Graphic Designer will be part of the team that delivers professional and consistent look & feel for all assets distributed by the company.  This designer will work closely with the rest of the marketing team including: demand gen, product marketing, content, marketing operations and others in sales to create dynamic and brand consistent assets for prospects and customers. This role requires unparalleled design and branding skills, attention to detail, organization, consistent follow-up, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Create materials that represent the brand with innovative ideas but consistent look & feel delivering in the timeframe agree with the Brand & Design Manager

  • Create materials in InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva, and other design tools

  • Work closely with the content team on new assets ensuring the correct meaning is conveyed in the final design

  • Work closely with sales on needed materials for large deals

  • Work with the library of existing brand and design, add to library as needed

  • Help to create product visuals including marketecture’s and architecture diagrams

  • Work with freelance designers when needed

  • Stay current on design techniques and tactics

  • Edit images used in assets and website

  • Edit videos from webinars or in person recordings


About You:



  • BS degree in design, branding, marketing, or similar

  • Experience with Indesign, Ppt, Canva (a plus), Ceros (a plus)

  • Experience with video editing

  • Experience with animation (a plus)

  • Proven ability to design short and long form deliverables

  • Proven leadership

  • Strategic thinker with ability to adjust to changing dynamics

  • Experience in diving deep into new topics and correlating them to our customers needs

  • An enthusiastic, high energy team member who is viewed as a “doer” on the team and across internal organizations

  • Willing to travel as needed
