We are looking to strengthen our HR Team with a Head of HR Operations. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a team of HR Shared Services professionals, the role combines a blend of design and execution of best in class people operations to support our business. The appointment will play a significant role in the group's HR leadership team and will likely engage with all aspects of the company. As the organization remains focused on continued growth both within its product offering and employee headcount, it is a fascinating time to join an extremely fast-paced and dynamic organizational structure.

In the role of HR Operations Manager you are responsible for all HR Operations related teams such as HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll as well as HR legal in the future.
