Global Director of Marketing

Position Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and the Vice President of Marketing to enhance, develop, and implement the marketing strategy for a global organization with multiple lines of business. Activities will include marketing department coordination, trade show and conference attendance, booth and display setup, content review and editing, ad review and development, website oversight and development coordination, and general marketing support.

Technical/Behavioral Requirements

8-10 years of marketing experience with increased responsibility in marketing or business including leadership of a marketing team.

Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, consulting and/or related field a plus.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.

Proven ability to learn new systems and processes.

Proven marketing campaign experience and brand development

Strong copywriting skills and fluent in English

Above-average creative and art direction experience

Proven ability to manage budgets

Experience with digital marketing approaches including social media and content marketing

Competency in applications including Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook, and marketing automation.

Other Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities.

Experience in International Marketing

Positive attitude and team spirit with the ability to maintain a composed demeanor in a professional, fast-paced atmosphere.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask

Attention to detail and exceptional organization skills

Ability to solve complex cognitive challenges

High emotional intelligence

Able to travel domestically and internationally as required up to 25%

Able to work overtime 

Able to work in the US without sponsorship now or any time in the future

Must have been vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting employment
