Helping partner in service delivery improvement & transformation.
Negotiating and resolving contract issues disputes, as appropriate providing recommendations and solutions to business leadership for resolution
Proactively assessing critical contract obligations, gaps and risk areas and working with the account team to determine effective mitigation plans.
Proficient in Infrastructure Support Services, Onsite & offshore Service delivery model, customer relationship management and handling escalation.
Acting as the single point of contact for contract issues related to large, complex IT outsourcing services contracts, with the ability to identify, provide recommendations, and resolve complex contract and commercial issues
