Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:, Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors , Partner with high,level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability , Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings , Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return , Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement , Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction , Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization. , Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans , Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals, Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level , Participating in industry,related events or associations that will enhance the CEO's leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success. , Position Type,Expected Hours of Work. This is a full,time position, and core hours of work and days are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. , This position regularly requires long hours and frequent evening work. , Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out,of,the,area and overnight travel may be expectedSkills & Competencies:, Interpersonal skills: Need to form good relationships with other leaders in the company and get significant input from the organization so that there is little pushback regarding strategic decisions and direction. , Analytical skills: Must participate in evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals. S,He must make sure that each strategic goal is measurable. , Leadership skills: Must demonstrate the leadership necessary to make the organization's mission a success. This includes providing vision direction, attracting followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership. Ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts , Management skills: Responsible for creating a culture of learning to help enhance and grow the skills and abilities of employees. When significant players continue to learn and grow the organization truly succeeds. Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly , Other skills: Organizational management, fund raising and fiscal management, personnel management, written and verbal communications and public relations, membership development, and utilization of computer software, technology and social media applications Languages: Must be able to speak , write , read : Kannada, Hindi, & EnglishShould be able to speak one of the followingTelugu , Malayalam , TamilExperience & Qualification:, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law or Liberal Arts , Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting software , ICPM (Institute of Certified Professional Managers) certification preferred
