Our culture of innovation, enterprise and mutual respect underlies our values (ethics, professionalism, collaboration and leadership) which drive our behaviors, which in turn enable us to deliver our purpose.Summary:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be accountable for all recruiting and staffing programs, activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on,boarding of talent as well as partnering with HR Head & all the line managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.Role & Responsibilities:, Design and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans and work directly with the HR Head in implementing the same across the board., Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels,sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment etc., Provide an engaging experience for candidates through effective communication and follow,ups., Develop a robust pipeline of candidates with creative outbound sourcing tactics., Work cross functionally and foster strong consultative relations with hiring managers., Coordinating with respective stakeholders to identify requisition needs & determine selection criteria., Assist HR Head on employment branding initiatives., Responsible for solving ambiguity and providing on,time solutions as a recruitment subject matter expert., Maintain & share key recruiting metrics (e.g. time,to,hire and cost,per,hire) and work with HR Head in analyzing the hiring process using data to make decisions and optimize hiring results to support business and talent goals., Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms., Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate database.Skills , Experience Required:, 8,10 years of experience in leading, managing the talent acquisition function across multi,location, multi,functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies. , Experience of managing and monitoring sourcing strategy and managing recruitment costs & efficiency., 5 years of recruitment experience with start,ups and fast,paced organization., Designing and implementation of Recruitment strategy in consultation with HR Head., Ability to analyze data to identify high,impact initiatives to meet TA mandates., Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or PGDBA,MBA in Human Resources., Understanding of the IT talent market and talent availability., Business acumen, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills, Roll up your sleeves and get things done attitude. , Willing to perform as an individual contributor.
