Job Description

In this role, you will be leading important projects within C&B team and implementing,maintaining compensation policies and procedures. You will partner with HR Colleagues to ensure we are compliant with legal and other regulatory requirements.Responsibilities , , Plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs policies and procedures as per the company's philosophy and competitive practices , Manage reward programs such as variable pay merit raises skill,based compensation , Develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees , Using Analytical techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data , Partnering with HR business partners, Recruitment, HRSS, and payroll department to ensure effectiveness and accuracy , Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies guidelines and procedures , Recommending plan revision that is cost,effective and consistent with compensation trends , Responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and regulationsQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications, Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration, Firm analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends, Ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member, A skilled facilitator, able to navigate tough conversations with a senior stakeholders, Effective verbal and written communication skillsPreferred skill sets, Resourceful, self,motivated, and able to independently manage a high,volume workload in a fast,paced environment, Experience and understanding of India C&B background, Someone who has been involved in managing India C&B , Responsible for Managing scale (60,70K) , Pan India, Someone who has handled a scale of 3 to 5k shall resonate if the experience is strong on India C&B., Good pedigree , Preferred, Location , Delhi NCR is preferred, Someone who has worked on designing CTC structure and variable plan, Involved in Consulting with business, Manage a team of , 1 to 2 ppl, Experience & understanding of New age Technology is preferred., Worked on HR Analytics , Managed ERP implementation, Shifts , UK Shifts
