The GM (HR) is required to deliver results in the area of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Automation and HR Ops.Talent Acquisitions:, Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid,career and lateral hiring.Talent Management & Performance Management:, Talent Management will be responsible for consultative support to organisation and business leaders on talent management and succession, leadership development, organization assessment and design and performance management etc., Developing Learning and Development systems & processes, career pathing, talent review and identifying the competency gaps of the employees and accordingly provide training & development opportunities.HR Operations:, HR Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.
