Job Description

Role & Responsibilities (Not limited to), Research and analyze data and market insights, Search for insights into consumer needs and wants, Plan and implement long,term development strategies for product categories, Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products, Build and maintain long,term relationships with vendors , Ensure product availability, Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility, Collaborate with the marketing team, Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities , Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product categories , Calculate forecasts for product demand trends, Manage and track budget , P&L Management, demand planningHandling team, The candidate will function as an intrapreneur and will be the P&L owner. The role requires the candidate to deliver deep insights and execute, collaborating with the shared services team., This journey is all about taking our acquired brand from 1x to 10x in 36 months, while maintaining healthy margins. The acquisition happens at the very beginning of their boom, so a strong empathy towards the sellers and an ability to work through the chaos of their early build is a very important aspect of this role.
