About the roleAs the GM, HR & Admin, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing people and establishing policies aligned with the overall business strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision,maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while safeguarding our company values and culture.What will you do day,to,day?, Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, Develop HR policies and manual, Manage the employee onboarding and create processes for improvement, Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital, Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures., Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, Maintain pay plan and benefits program, Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, Provide decision support through HR metrics, Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementOffice Admin and Office Management, Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations., Liaison and coordination with relevant authors for required licenses and approvals., Plan and recruitment of human resources, Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures., Lead the delivery team to ensure timely and cost,effective deliveries and client satisfaction., Identify new and cost,effective vendors and coordinate procurement., Vendor Management sourcing of vendors, procuring of quality service,products, timely vendor bills payment., Lease rentals , Ensure Agreement renewals within notice period.What are we looking for?, Ex,Army Background will be an added advantage, Proven working experience as HR senior level professional., Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics, Knowledge of HR systems and databases, Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, People,oriented and results,driven, Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels., In,depth knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices and policies implementation., Nurture a positive working environmentQualification: Post Graduation (MBA) in HR from a reputed instituteExperience: 8,12 years in a similar roleAge,Max 40 Yrs.Ability to work in a fast,paced, diverse and intense environment
