Overview :Manager II is responsible for managing multiple Large L0 KPIs including breaches, the extent of breaches, and speed. The person in this role needs to demonstrate leadership skills and acumen on daily basis by taking decision with or without data at a fast pace to ensure that Supply Chain is orchestrated and there are no bottlenecks developing anywhere. S,he works with multiple stakeholders on daily basis to achieve the goals and during the process deep dive to challenge existing SOPs and develop new by influencing the relevant stakeholders Data analytics and communication are skill which one acquire and excel to succeed in this role. Accountabilities:, Ownership of Key Supply Chain metrics such as Breach and Speed, Focus on execution of initiatives, product features from E2E perspective , Steer the key organization tracks for scaling to 10x , Point person for liaisoning between Product , Tech , Ops and Design teams , Adhoc breakdowns,disruptions to be managed and also communicated to customers (external or internal), Manage the planned events (spike in volumes) by employing the predefined and,or newly identified,aligned levers, Program manage the prep for key events such as BBD, Manage Asset operations by close monitoring of operations, stakeholder management & designing the right playbooks, Pull up scorecard metrics for eKart along with first cut RCA for the metrics, Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts, Playbook review for all assets with CT asset Ops, E2E customers, E2E services along with Asset CT, E2E CT teams, Provide inputs to Product with CT's point of view after collaborating inputs from various stakeholder, Exercise preset levers and,or new identified levers in the event of breakdown,disruption for Tech issues, external issues and internal operations, Build levers for new scenarios disrupting the flow for respective assets, Monitor shipment flow, pendencies, cut off misses, functional breaches, breach risks in the respective assets, Conceptualize and own action items to improve service,speed,reliability,experience across Flipkart's Product, Tech, Design, and Operations teamsDesired Skills: , Very good stakeholder management, Design thinking approach and Critical Reasoning , Analytical prowess , Initiative , Self, Starter, Coding experience (R or Python) (Desired but not mandatory), Excel , Google sheet experience , Fk systems orientation (Desired but not mandatory), Presentation and communication , Good understanding of eCommerce Supply Chain conceptsLiving the Flipkart ValuesWe look at recruiting people who will strongly align with the culture of Flipkart.
