As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a team that drive the growth and shape the future of our product. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. The candidate should possess both a sales background that enables them to drive an engagement at the decision,maker level. The candidate should also be a self,starter who is prepared to develop and execute against plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.Responsibilities : , Hire and Develop the team, Drive revenue and market share in the country, Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets., Create & articulate compelling value propositions around ezLAW's services., Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with different stakeholders., Maintain a robust sales pipeline., Work with management to extend reach & drive adoption., Ensure customer satisfaction., Evaluate team performance, Represent ezLAW in events as participant or spokesperson, Create and deploy sales strategy, Interact with stakeholders to define high level priorities., Intuitive to customers needs, Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships, A background in customer service is a plus, Must understand customer relationship management (CRM), Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly, Ability to work well with others and lead a team, Knowledge of math and numbers, Attentive to detail and organised, Must be self,motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time, Ability to maintain confidentialityExperience, Bachelor's,Masters degree in business administration, or a related field, 7+ years in enterprise sales, Experience with CRM systems, Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
