The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong analytical mindset, be proactive and collaborative. Willingness to challenge, adapt and take initiative are essential.Technical Skills,Tools Requirement : , Data analyst and reporting skills with good understanding of internal channel and campaigns performance metrics, Self,starter with proven ability to manage complex processes, Stakeholder management skills , confidence to challenge approaches and offer different solutions, Ability to apply an agile approach to working that supports innovation and iterative improvement., Ability to quickly build knowledge of EY's global business, particularly key priorities, structure, and internal audiences across geographies, service lines and sectors, Data gathering and manipulation, ability to identify gaps, proactively seeking solutions , Skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, Basic knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics and SharePoint , Familiarity with internal channels including Yammer, webcasting tools, intranet., Proven experience interpreting metrics to derive insights, CMS knowledge, Data flow automations , Data miningRoles and responsibilities :, Adobe Analytics report: Running Adobe Analytics reports and building or customizing reports for global CE teams. Resolve challenges and recommend improvements based on teams feedback. , Reporting templates: Populating and customising high,quality reporting templates for CE teams that enable a data,driven decision making. Proactively determine trends and insights based on available data from the CE dashboard and CE campaigns., Measurement framework: Contribute to the evolutions of the global CE measurement framework., Campaign tagging: Help develop and own the process of standardisation of tagging campaigns, including helping matching the data manually. , Channel metrics reporting: Responsible for data extraction and manipulation for a number of key internal channels including Yammer, Broadcast Center, Sharepoint sites, Webcast tools and intranet. Needs excellent prioritisation and time,management skills for a timely and high,quality delivery. , PowerBI dashboards: Maintain high quality of data coming into the CE dashboards, in particular CE Tracker, support on data management,structuring, tool maintenance and troubleshooting. Provide admin support to CE leaders as needed., PowerBI integrations: Look to further automate data flows from other dashboards such as Global CE Tracker, webcast dashboard, Talent toolkit dashboard, People insights etc. )
