Experience & Skills1. 8+ years in SME lending origination, strong preference for experience in Trade Finance2. Independent and hands on professional3. Be able to design scalable sales processes4. Communication Skills This will be a client facing role, so you need to be an excellent communicator in Hindi and English as a minimum7. Have a strong understanding of Trade Finance8. Must be able to Travel Domestic and International travel may be required We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (VP) in our Bangalore office. It provides an exciting opportunity to finance professionals looking to advance their careers. As a VP Senior manager, you will be working directly with the management team to come up with customer acquisition strategies. In addition, you are responsible for the day to day implementation and execution of those strategies. Although you will have support, this is a very hands on role and you are expected to generate and close on customer leads.
