Eximius is a SEBI registered (Cat 1 AIF) micro venture fund, founded in 2020. We are having a $10million micro venture fund with an average equity ticket size $150,300k. As a micro venture fund, we identify unstoppable founders at the inception of their journey, and support them through all phases of growth.The role will be primarily tasked with: Building strong brand presence and relationships across the VC ecosystem., Engage and participate across relevant platforms (to build synergistic partnerships) by introducing Eximius and community in a manner that caters to their specific needs. Example: TiE Delhi, Develop and execute overall marketing strategy for Eximius to be able to achieve the laid objectives, Develop and build PR strategy for portfolio companies and Eximius; work closely with PR agencies whenever required, Able to build a strong brand presence on social media platforms like Twitter & LinkedIn, Reviews and optimizes the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages to ensure continuous value add to founders, Organizes and manages online and offline community events to build stronger presence of Eximius across the VC ecosystem, Develops and manages strategy for podcasts, webinars and YouTube channel, Plans and executes viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms, Drives Clubhouse engagement, Understands our counterparts at competing firms and stays updated with the trends they follow, Build and maintain a relationship with founders by understanding their start,ups and areas of expertise to identify solutions for their problems, Scale the support we extend to portfolio companies as they grow beyond our existing networks, Set up an Advisor Community to offer on,demand solutions to start,ups as they ensure product,market fitEligibility Criteria :, Masters in Marketing or equivalent, At least 5 years in the desired role, Prior experience at a start,up , VC in a marketing roleSkills :, You are a clear, crisp communicator and value brevity in your conversations, You are able to work autonomously, problem solve, juggle a variety of tasks, and collaborate across stakeholders, You possess strong leadership skills, You are a strong networker and ideally already have a good deal of contacts in the VC industry, You are extremely polite and responsive , (this is super important, as you will be representing Eximius in many different correspondences with VC investors and other professionals), Willing to work in a start,up environment
