, Providing entire secretarial support and coordinating as well as screening incoming and outgoing communications on behalf Chief Executive officer., Attending meetings, taking down the minutes and reports of the meeting and ensuring timely submission of reports., Documenting administration procedures, processes, work instructions for all administration and facility upkeep functions, adapting the relevant corporate policies., Preparing and Compiling daily,monthly MIS, ensuring 100% accuracy in appropriate Mail Management by single,handedly handling correspondence and drafting mails. , Organizing travel arrangements right from preparing an itinerary, domestic,International ticket booking, visa processing, currency, hotel booking and invitation letters., Operating office equipment for administrative use, scheduling conference calls, preparing agendas and ensuring efficient filing of office records to enable quick retrieval., Delivering eminently satisfactory quality of work with vigorous adherence to deadlines, ordering lunch, booking conference rooms, setting up projectors or video conferencing units., Driving engagement with cross,functional teams, scheduling meetings, arranging conference rooms, and liaising with multiple departments to achieve smooth office operations., Monitored teams on sales objectives and key performance indicators reviewed and tracked daily sales reports, prepared monthly sales summaries,reports with high accuracy.
