Role :, Ability to handle a very large base of multi sector enterprises, Lead a large team, High Pedigree, High energy, , Experience in Supply chain industry or premier consulting firms,thought leader with execution capabilities Key Responsibilities :, Drive the pan India customer acquisition strategy through consultative selling and striking new relationship with the Key Stakeholders,CXOs,MDs and also through nurturing existing customer relationships., Responsible to deliver Budgets with an expected level of gross margin., Exponentially grow the topline of the business and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition, Cost of servicing and overheads. , Forecasting Monthly , quarterly , yearly Sales metrics and analyze sales figures, profit, performance metrics and trends to strategize sales and marketing plans., Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to leadership providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win,Loss etc, Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level., Developing performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the BD team., Closely monitor the region wise , zone wise , segment wise daily performance through the CRM tool to evaluate customer pipeline., Work meticulously with the Solution Design team to customize client requirements and optimize deliverable., Hire, train & retain a team that is customer centric and has a consultative selling approach. , Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service,level agreement that will increase the company's , share of wallet , in the warehousing and logistics industry.
