We are looking for an Emerging Partner Manager to join our team in Bangalore who would be focused on the EMEA market.
What do you get to do?
Research, Identify & Target Regional EMEA System Integrators to recruit and enable them as Whatfix partners.
Implement the partnership recruiting & engagement program for those Regional EMEA System Integrators to enable them to quickly get onboarded for them to co-sell their software and services solutions with the Whatfix platform.
Define joint solutions, value propositions, and business models with individual partners that results in a positive return on investment for both sides.
Ensure each partner receives sales enablement and technical training sufficient to ensure they can co-sell and successfully implement & support the Whatfix platform and Whatfix content.
Coordinate with partners to identify & quality potential opportunities, through Account Mapping, RFIs/RFPs and align Whatfix Account Executives to drive deals to closure, achieving high deal close rates with long-tail partners.
Work with marketing to provide self-service collateral, campaign & event marketing offerings that allow the partners to drive demand for Whatfix solutions (eg. roadshows, webinars, email campaigns, etc.)
Recruit and convert an annually agreed-upon number of long-tail partners into the Managed Partner Program each year.
Target countries, UKI, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa
What you need to have/ bring to the table:
5+ years in Business Development, Channel Sales, Alliances or Partnership Programs
Experience partnering with SI/Consulting firms to build joint go to market joint solutions
Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients through partners and channel relationships
Business development or direct sales (quota carrying) background
A rich personal network of contacts within the, SI/Consulting firms to build and go to market joint solutions
Be competitive and have a track record of over-achieving quota - you want to win and nothing can stop you
Proven track record of enterprise sales and partnerships experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of selling SaaS products through partners to the enterprise market
Proven ability to navigate within multiple groups in a Partner and end customer
Intellectual curiosity - you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning your partners and customers needs
Hardworking, Articulate & Passionate
