The candidate will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success for the campus vertical., The candidate must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the , big picture, in a variety of settings., They will take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective. Universities, Colleges and Institutions should be on your speed dial and you should be able to meet them and get an entry for the SAAS product., The goal is to drive the company's campus sales and guide it towards long,term success.Responsibilities :, Meticulous planning and implementation of business strategies for building and developing the business., Drive sales cycle, focusing on solutions and utilising a consultative approach., Partner with universities , educational institutions for providing their courses on our platform., Meet the decision makers at campuses and get the product through the door., Recruit, train and retain a top tier sales talent promote and build an outcome,driven, disciplined sales culture focused on clients, quality, and growth., Assess current and future sales and business development strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing,prospective clients., Build businesses and pipelines in African and Middle Eastern countries., Help orchestrate opportunities to develop and communicate the company's thought leadership and awareness in the industry, including building relationships with industry influencers.Preferred Experience :, Candidate should have demonstrated a track record of managing multiple revenue streams and growing revenues., You must have done similar sales and built business for companies., Substantial consultative sales experience and leadership, Well networked and connected across the Deans, Chancellors, L&D,CLO and HR,CHRO fraternity., Proven success scaling a high,growth company or business unit, Familiarity selling across a portfolio of complex services, specially SAAS solutions in education., Ability to execute on and motivate a team around growth., Experience establishing an accountable, performance,driven culture., Experience working with a learning,education, EdTech company is a plus., Experience in selling online executive education or blended learning solutions to corporate clients will be a big advantage., Experience building a scalable dependable model for driving consistent revenue growth., Excellent leadership and managerial skills., Experience working cross,functionally to create a cohesive growth plan., Results,oriented mindset , holds themselves accountable for short and long,term, Strong background of operational and financial rigor and excellence., Strong communication and presentation skills , adept at developing, pitching and closing large deals.
