EBC Manager

Overview

Introduction

In this role you will be responsible for managing employer partnerships with National and state-based employers across this state. You will be assisted by a team of Partnerships Managers who have accountability for their individual employer partnerships. A key part of the role will be to ensure all the team deliver on the strategic partnerships ultimately achieving the placement of our candidates into work with the employer partner. You will be responsible for driving MAX employer engagement activities across the state through the EBC whilst also working in conjunction with MAX sites.

The Opportunity

Lead and manage the Partnership Managers within the EBC to ensure they are building real partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our candidates

Target, develop and maintain multi stakeholder relationships with employers within an agreed sector(s) to ensure agreed levels of appropriate opportunities for Max Employment and other specialist partners are achieved:

Work with employers to establish and agree KPI’s/SLA’s and account plans

Work with employers to agree any specialist recruitment pathways, designing and agreeing any relevant processes, toolkits

Have accountability for delivery of agreed plans and the incremental growth in volume, quality and conversion rates of employment opportunities

Manage and deliver on the operational requirements of the employers with the Partnership Managers by:

Providing colleagues with a clear opportunity brief and screening criteria

Identify suitable candidates following colleague delivered initial screening

Manage the practices and processes to meet compliance activities around filling of vacancies for our employers and customers in a timely manner

Manage employer relationships such that it assists in achieving long-term sustainable employment opportunities for Max Employment customers

Promote and foster an excellent working relationship with Max Employment sites within the employment region to assist in providing employment opportunities for their customers to complement their own placement and employer activity

About you

An ability to develop and maintain effective customer and internal and external relationships

Proven ability to inspire, motivate and mobilise a team of people to deliver exceptional outcomes

Experience working with diverse candidate groups such as people with a disability, First Nations People, non-English speaking background, drug and alcohol dependency, homelessness and domestic violence

Strong business acumen

Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

Ability to work autonomously

Ability and drive to achieve and exceed targets.
